Course Description

This course provides students with foundational knowledge in sonographic anatomy and pathology of the abdomen, thyroid, and scrotum. The course covers the clinical history, risk factors, and sonographic appearance of common pathologies related to these areas/organs. Additionally, students develop an understanding of the physiology, pathophysiology, and Doppler patterns of normal and abnormal structures, equipping them with the skills to accurately assess and diagnose sonographic findings.
