Course Description
In this course, E-Commerce concepts are broken down into six categories: a) revolution of online shopping-trade, b) technology infrastructure breakdown, c) security using the internet, websites, mobile sites, apps and introduction of internet of things (IoT), blockchain, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, d) general business marketing concepts, and social issues, e) e-commerce in action with online retail and services, content media, social networks, and f) business to business (B2B) e-commerce through supply chain management and collaborative commerce. Students examine international e-commerce and how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our global view of international commerce.
